Working with a highly trained, certified coach who is compassionate, empathetic, and singularly focused on your individual goals helps to build momentum and accelerate your progress exponentially. Clients report feeling a sense of relief and a decrease in their stress level even after the initial session. In addition to our one-on-one conversations, you will benefit from supplemental resources, customized tools, and gentle accountability to support your professional and/or personal growth.
I recognize that coaching is a significant investment of time, energy, and resources which is why I provide a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs, answer questions, and assess overall fit.
Given that increasing access to opportunity is one of my core values, I take on a limited number of clients at a reduced rate each quarter. Note that for every new client who signs on with One Eleven Leadership, a portion of the coaching fee will be donated to the Equal Justice Initiative.

As a result of Marissa's coaching, I am now much more clear about what I want from life and how best to work towards those goals unencumbered by self-sabotaging narratives and subconscious beliefs that I didn't know existed.
